Hello blogging world! Here I go again with a new (and improved) blog all about fitness, nutrition, wellness, and anything else I tackle! I look forward to an exciting 2014, with BIG goals and EXCITING new features to my health coaching. I can’t wait for my NEW Winter Detox!
So far for 2014 I have 2 races planned: Cherry Blossom 10-miler (go “Team Melly B”!) and the Nike Women’s Half Marathon in DC. I’d love to get back into yoga, and also try out Crossfit, or something like it. My goals are to get re-certified as a personal trainer, and to begin posting short workout videos for weight loss and muscle building.
